DESIGN
My design efforts include broad analytical endevours in which I use competencies in Architecture and Management to review Organizational Structures, Informational Structures, Physical Structures and Technology Structures to establish:
- Insight into the prevailing context;
- Solutions that are within context.
Understanding the context and aligning business solutions is paramount; it's where and how business value is established.
However, context is not a singularly thing.
A context is a hierarchy of inter-related environments, each influencing the work of the business and creating a demand for products and services.
I assist organizations in gaining insight into their contextual setting through graphical models and supporting textual documents.
Once appropriate contextual insight is gained, my design efforts become focused on working with business leaders, decision makers and subject matter experts.
The purpose of my efforts is to determine what contextual elements may require adjustment, refinement or change to induce the business outcomes they seek.
My design work always leads to the creation of "solution concepts" that describe the alignment of conceptual, logical and physical models with the strategic intent of the organization.
Let's discuss how I can design an optimal work environment for your organization.

My design competency provides me the capability to created innovative solutions that are clearly aligned with the context in which they must exist.
My design work is focused on two distinct but related endevours - the creation of optimal organizational environments and creation of great physical structures .
As one who employs design competencies in both areas, my
experiences have confirmed that the link between the two design efforts is the human context or human landscape.
The key deliverable of design work is insight into the organizational context .
In doing so, ensure that every solution induces business value.
